Here you’ll find everything practical about shopping at My Champion — how we ship, how you pay and how returns work. If you need anything, write to us at info@mychampion.cz.

Shipping

We deliver throughout the Czech Republic. You choose the shipping method in the cart:

  • Zásilkovna (Packeta) — pickup points across the Czech Republic.
  • Czech Post — delivery to your address.
  • PPL — courier delivery to your address.

Personalised products are made to order, so we ship them once they are finished. We’ll always notify you of dispatch by e-mail.

Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. After you place an order, we’ll send you the payment details (account number and variable symbol). Once the payment arrives, we start production and ship your goods. We do not currently offer online card payment.

Returns and complaints

You have 14 days from receipt to return goods. Please note that made-to-order goods (with engraving — a name, nickname or number) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a defect. You’ll find the details in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Personal data protection

We process your personal data only to fulfil your order and deliver it, in accordance with the GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
