You choose the shipping method in the cart:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Z\u00e1silkovna (Packeta)<\/strong> \u2014 pickup points across the Czech Republic.<\/li><li><strong>Czech Post<\/strong> \u2014 delivery to your address.<\/li><li><strong>PPL<\/strong> \u2014 courier delivery to your address.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalised products are made to order, so we ship them once they are finished. We&#8217;ll always notify you of dispatch by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made <strong>in advance by bank transfer<\/strong>. After you place an order, we&#8217;ll send you the payment details (account number and variable symbol). Once the payment arrives, we start production and ship your goods. We do not currently offer online card payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt to return goods. Please note that made-to-order goods (with engraving \u2014 a name, nickname or number) <strong>cannot be exchanged or returned<\/strong>, except in the case of a defect. You&#8217;ll find the details in our <a href=\"https:\/\/mychampion.cz\/en\/returns-and-refunds\/\">Returns and Refunds Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal data protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process your personal data only to fulfil your order and deliver it, in accordance with the GDPR.
