This policy explains how to return goods and file a complaint in the online store mychampion.cz. It follows Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection.
1. Withdrawal from the contract (return within 14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The deadline is met if you send us the notice of withdrawal before it expires, to info@mychampion.cz.
2. Personalised goods — exception
Please note that under Section 1837 of the Civil Code, you cannot withdraw from a contract for goods that were made to order according to your requirements or customised to you. This applies to all personalised products with engraving (a name, nickname or number). Such goods therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect (see complaints below).
3. How to return goods
- Write to us at info@mychampion.cz and state your order number.
- Send the goods back to the address we provide — undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund your money.
4. Refunds
We will refund your money no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract, using the same method you paid with (bank transfer to your account). We are not obliged to refund the money before you hand over the goods to us or prove that you have sent them.
5. Complaints (defective goods)
You have the right to file a complaint for goods that have a defect. For consumer goods, rights from defective performance can be exercised within the statutory period of 24 months from receipt. File your complaint by e-mail at info@mychampion.cz with a description of the defect and your order number; we will agree on the next steps. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days.
